YOUR WEDDING DAY

What to expect:

THE BEST DAY EVER. DUH. Being a wedding photographer means I’m with you for a large majority of the day, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

What I Need Before the Day:

Leading into the wedding day itself, there are a few key items that I need in order to make sure I’m prepared!

  • Your all day timeline

  • Your family formal photo list

  • The Wedding Day Questionnaire

I’ve broken down each key element below!

THE THREE KEY ITEMS:

The All day timeline

This is pretty self-explanatory. Your all day timeline helps me sort out the nitty gritty of who/what/when/where. And yes, of course, we can work on this together - I’m always happy to help!

Family formal list

Traditionally, family photos are taken directly after the ceremony. Wherever and whenever we take them, I’m going to guess you’ve got a lot of people who love you that you’d love to have photos with. For this list, I typically ask that you write out every single photo combination and by first name, working from biggest group to smallest.

Ex:
Bride/Groom + bride’s mom, bride’s dad, brides’ siblings, etc. BECOMES Meredith/Derek + Ellis, Thatcher, Lexie, Maggie, Amelia, Christina,

wedding Questionnaire

I have sent over a wedding day questionnaire for you to fill out. This gives me more in-depth details in one handy reference guide. This includes things like your theme and vibe all the way to who your vendors are!
